Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible in formulating the strategies of safety and health programs to ensure the consistency of the effectiveness to the safety without interrupting the business activities

  • Responsible to maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures; To assure the safety of buildings and manage sufficient power supplies including the electricity and mechanical equipment.

  • Responsible in formulating and implement the mandatory requirements on safety and ensure the manual is updated

  • Responsible in formulating and conducting the required training in purpose to enhance the knowledge of employees on health, safety and environmental

  • To maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by establishing and enforcing security policies and procedures; supervising the security guard force.


Job Requirements

  • •    Possess a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, (Environmental/ Health/ Safety) or equivalent with a minimum of 3 - 5 years working experience preferably in similar capacity; 
    •    Registered Safety and Health Officer (SHO) with DOSH and possess valid Green Book holder;
    •    Good working knowledge in identify and implementation of HIRARC, ERT and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM);
    •    Good knowledge and familiar in Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994, Factory Machinery Act 1967, Environmental Quality Act 1974 and Environmental Protection Act 1986 and another standards requirement;
    •    Sound understanding of environmental, safety and security;
    •    Possess Certified Environmental Professional in Scheduled Waste Management (CePsWaM). Recognized Environmental Competent person as an advantageous; 
    •    Principles Accountabilities: Safety and Environmental Management; Safety and Environmental Training; Security Requirement; Safety & Health Committee; Incident Reporting and Investigation  


Other Requirements

       •    Computer literate with excellent skills in MS Office;
       •    Must possess excellent verbal and written English communication skills;
       •    Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills;
       •    Ability to work in high-stress environments, often for long hours;
       •    Self-motivated with a positive, professional approach to management and people’s skills

HSE Officer – 1 (Based in Pulau Indah)

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage special Projects for the Group Executive Director (GED);

  • Arrange and accompany travels, meetings by developing itineraries and agenda, scheduling and booking transportation, arranging lodging and meeting accommodations;

  • Develop and maintain reliable sources of information from government, interest groups and other organizations that provide timely and accurate data on political, economic and social developments of different countries;

  • Contact government officials to arrange meetings or obtain information on current or future programs;

  • Flexibility and mobility are crucial. May be required to work and/or be “on call” after normal duty hours which may include evenings, weekends or holidays and attend periodic functions and related events.


Job Requirements

  • Candidate with Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Literature, Psychology or Sociology preferred;

  • Minimum 5 - 6 years of working experience in related field;

  • Candidates below 35 years of age with marketing approach preferred;

  • Critical thinking skills are essential and ability to multi-task as well as multi-function;

  • High level of commitment and does not mind working long hours

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both English and Bahasa Melayu;
