Job Responsibilities

  • Determining the required materials and generating purchase orders.

  • Ensuring materials meet specifications, quality standards, and are cost-efficient.

  • Ensuring the consistent and adequate supply of materials necessary for production.

  • Coordinating with other departments regarding production goals, timelines, supplier payments, etc.

  • Tracking production volume and monitoring customer demand patterns and purchasing trends.

  • Scheduling and overseeing the supply and delivery of materials and products.

  • Liaising with customers, suppliers, and distributors.

  • Managing inventory issues, schedule changes, and cancellations.

  • Preparing cost estimates and performance reports.


Job Requirements

  • A minimum of a Diploma in business, logistics, inventory management, or a related field preferred;

  • 5+ years of experience in material planning, inventory management, purchasing, or a related position;

  • Strong organizational and time management skills;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management;

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and material management systems;

  • Good communication skills in both Bahasa and English.

Job Responsibilities

  • Safely and timely drive the Director to work and back, and to occasions

  • Safely drive the Director’s family members, visitors, business partners and associates to and from places authorized by the employer

  • Ensure that the car is clean at all times by washing both its inside and outside parts

  • Carry out routine inspection on the car to ensure that it is always in good condition

  • Identify electrical and mechanical problems that may hinder smooth working of the car and carry out minor repairs and maintenance where necessary

  • Consider different routes, check climate and traffic reports to decide the best time to travel and the best route to take

  • Safely keep receipts for vehicle repairs and maintenance and other records and reports concerning the employer’s car(s)

  • Keep a travel log to record locations travelled to, travel time, and work hours

  • Carry out some modest office undertakings like organizing records, and cleaning the employer’s office and desk

  • Carry out other assignments that may be given by the Director.


Job Requirements

  • Medically fit to work for long hours; 5 and half working days a week;

  • Age between late 30s to mid-40s with pleasant personality and discipline with valid Driving License;

  • Possess SPM or equivalent with a minimum of 10 years working experience as Personal Driver to Director;

  • Good communication skills in both Bahasa and English;

  • Familiar with areas in Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya and Putrajaya;

  • Basic knowledge on premium car maintenance would be an added advantage

MANAGER - PROCUREMENT & WAREHOUSE (Based in Pulau Indah Plant)


Job Responsibilities


  • Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships;

  • Control the material inventory from the point of purchases to the point of consumption;

  • Source new and review existing goods to ensure their products remain competitive;

  • Monitoring market changes, competitor prices and products;

  • Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms;

  • Examine and master contracts management;

  • Designed Vendor Development Programme and develop strategic supply sources for the assigned commodities. Optimise supplier’s performance, resolve suppliers’ issues and encourage suppliers to become competitive.

  • Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness;

  • Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements;

  • Control spend and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs;

  • Talent in negotiations, networking and experience in collecting and analysing data;

  • Participates in purchasing cost controls and cost reduction activities;

  • Monitor records of pricing, analysis and ordering of material;

  • Ensure contract and agreement are in place


Job Requirements


  • Candidate with Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain management, Logistics or Business Admin preferred;

  • Minimum 10 years of working experience preferably in rolling stock environment;

  • Candidates below 45 years of age with marketing approach preferred;

  • Critical thinking skills are essential and ability to multi-task as well as multi-function;

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both English and Bahasa Melayu;

  • High level of commitment and does not mind working long hours;

  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality at all times;

  • Strong attention to details and ability to follow-through with a high level of accuracy;

  • Ability to adjust to different cultures;

  • Positive and proactive attitude as well as emotionally intelligent are crucial;

  • Computer skills: Microsoft Office Word, Power Point and Excel.
