Our Construction Division Chairman is Dr. Abdul Rahman b Abdul Halim.
He is a medical doctor by training and was formerly a director and shareholder of Kumpulan Medic, one of the pioneer medical groups in the country. He is a successful medical practitioner turned businessman.
He has more than a decade of experience in the construction, environmental and infrastructure related industries. He also has been instrumental in spearheading the direction and growth of the Construction Division. |

Puan Aisamar bte Kadil Mydin Syed Marikiah, an entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience, is the Co-Founder of the ARA Group of Companies. She brings to the Group her wealth of experience and entrepreneurship accumulated from establishing and building a wide range of businesses across different industries. She currently sits on the Board of various companies involved in activities ranging from retailing, property development, construction and engineering. |

Datuk Ravindran Menon

Datuk Ravindran Menon, the other Co-Founder of the Group, holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree from the University of Madras, India. He was instrumental in diversifying the business activities of the group into transport infrastructure, construction and environment and building up the Group to what it is today.
Datuk Ravindran also sits on the Board of PLUS Expressway Berhad. A firm believer in contributing back to society, he is actively involved in charitable causes, especially the All-Malaysia Malayali Education Foundation of which he is Deputy President. A federal award conferred the title ‘Datuk' upon him in 2002 in recognition of his Corporate Leadership and contributions to society. |
